Evolution D5 and Denago Nomad Golf Cart Cover Sizing Guide

Evolution, Denago & ICON Golf Cart Covers: Measurement Guide

Published Updated

Evolution, Denago, ICON and Bintelli model names are useful identification details, but they do not establish cover dimensions. Roof replacements, rear seats, lift kits and accessories can change the space a cover must enclose.

Measure your actual cart

  1. Measure roof length from front edge to rear edge.
  2. Measure overall cart length including the rear footrest, brush guard and cargo accessories.
  3. Measure width with mirrors and accessories in their covered positions.
  4. Measure ground-to-roof height, noting lift kits and tire changes.
  5. Record the exact seating layout and take a side-view photo.

Short roof or extended roof?

Measured configuration Option to compare
Two passengers, 54–58-inch short roof 210D standard option; compare whole-cart dimensions.
Rear-seat conversion / four passengers, 54–58-inch short roof 210D 350cm-length option; measure rear footrest clearance.
Four passengers, 80–88-inch extended roof 600D extended-roof cover; compare all published dimensions.
Six passengers, modified cart, or other/unknown roof length No match confirmed. Ask support before ordering.

A 350cm-length short-roof cover is not automatically an extended-roof cover. Do not choose the 210D option solely because a cart has four seats. Six-passenger and modified configurations need an individual check.

Compare the current listings

See the 210D short-roof cover or 600D extended-roof cover. Compare the selected option with all your measurements. This guide provides no factory-dimension test, brush-guard clearance certification or model-specific fit guarantee.

Use the roof comparison tool for a starting point, then send support your measurements and photos if measurements are missing, inconsistent or close to the listed dimensions.

Storage and charging

These are parked-cart storage covers, not passenger driving enclosures or covers specified for open-trailer towing. A zipper or vent does not establish that charging under a cover is safe. Follow the vehicle, battery and charger manuals for ventilation, clearance and charging; do not assume cover access provides approval.

Compare 210D and 600D product specifications.
